The Firm boasts specific experience in dispute resolution and settlement, both in and out of court, between shareholders and/or corporate bodies, providing assistance in strategic action planning, in drafting contracts, and in the proper structuring of social and shareholders' agreements. Particular attention is paid to the so-called ‘generational handovers’ and to the best ways to plan succession and ensure business continuity.
