The Founding Partners share a common education and professional background: after completing secondary school with a focus on classical studies, both of them earned a degree from the Law School in Padua and later became members of the legal team at Ernst & Young.
This common background, also reinforced during their experience as partners in leading law firms, enabled to establish a common identity.
TP Legal was born from the partners’ desire to create a dynamic organisation that could meet the business needs of modern companies, providing a timely and consistent service, with a high degree of specialization and a special attention for specific client needs.

As a founding partner, he has always been dealing with corporate and bankruptcy law, and over the years he has gained specific and acknowledged expertise in the field of corporate crisis management and extraordinary transactions, specifically M&A and corporate turnarounds, developing significant relationships with financial institutions and operators that can provide financial support for specific operations.
