A) Browsing data

These data are necessary for the use of web services. They are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information about the site, monitoring its proper functioning, and improving the website browsing.

B) Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses listed on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

3. Purposes of data processing

Browsing data are used to enhance browsing experience, to monitor the correct operation of the website and to improve its efficiency and for statistical purposes. Data provided voluntarily by users will be processed to respond to specific users’ requests.

4. Legal basis for processing

The collected data may be disclosed by the data controller to third parties for the above-mentioned purposes.
Browsing data are processed for the pursuit of a legitimate interest by the data controller to enable browsing experience and to guarantee the proper functioning of the website. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to use, in whole or in part, this website.

5. Data retention period

Personal data are stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Once the purpose of processing has been achieved, as well as in case of exercise of the right to object to processing of personal data or to withdraw consent, the controller shall nevertheless be entitled to further retain the personal data for the purposes allowed by the GDPR (such as complying with applicable laws and regulations, preventing fraud, collecting outstanding payments, assisting in investigations, and taking other steps in accordance with the law).

6. Personal data recipients

The collected data may be disclosed by the data controller to third parties for the above-mentioned purposes. These recipients, who process data on behalf of the controller, will be appointed as data processor

Personal data collected will not be transferred to non-European third countries.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject shall have the right to obtain, under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the access to personal data, the right to rectification, the right to data erasure, as well as the right to restrict processing. The data subject shall also have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her, as well as the right to data portability. In the case of a data portability request, the data controller must provide and transmit to the data subject the personal data concerning him or her in structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, within the limits set forth in Article 20 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The data subject shall also have the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time, limited to the cases in which the processing is based on consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (for example date and place of birth or place of residence), or particular categories of data (e.g. data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status or sex life). The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the provisions of the GDPR, he or she shall have the right to lodge a complaint to the Italian Supervisory Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
